You can register and get a free trial that gives you 2000 meters to test it out, then you can request an extension of the free trial, but I'm sure not too many times. The subscription rate as stated in the app is $26.99 per year or $3.99 per month. I only took a quick look at it so have not formed an opinion about it compared to other apps.
