Hi Karthik, first let me tell you I am so happy that in the applevis forum you’ve always responded to feedback. So thanks for that. That is why I am keeping this app because I’m sure your busy with other things in your life as well as dealing with a new app. So I just wanted to say its appreciated that you are responding to the community.
Now, just so you know I’ve got an iPhone 7 and not the most recent update but the one just before that one. For some reason when I try either reading documents or turning on the live text I can’t seem to get anything. When I try with other apps I get the help I need. So maybe you can give me some tips? Maybe your app is a bit different in that I need to wait a bit longer? These are just questions I’m asking. Again, thanks.
