I’ve encountered a very frustrating situation with my iPhone 6 (iOS 11.2.1), 92 Gb free space. It seems that the onboard speakers are not retaining an active status. That is, I find that I have to use earphones to hear any VoiceOver speech. This is likewise the case wtih the ooTunes app I use to listen to streamed radio services. One approach I tried was to leave a voice-mail message on my mobile account; then force output to “Speaker” and that worked so long as I was listening to the message. However, as soon as I left the Phone app sound output reverted back to earphones.
Does anybody have any suggestions. I have decent earphones, but I really would prefer to be able to use my iPhone without requiring the earphones. ************ - Bill from Ino, Wisconsin - "Arguing with a woman is like reading a software license agreement.” - "In the end you have to ignore everything, & click I Agree." - Contributor Unknown, But I’ll bet at least 50% of us go along with this sentiment! -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
