The home pod speaker sound incredible, but I don't like the fact that all you have access to is Apple Music unless you want to airatair drop from your phoneddI like the Sonos for its diversity and the multiroom capability. However, this is not a knock on Apple. I have always wanted the Sonos and I don’t regret my decision. If Apple would open up to offering outside services, this might be a different story.
But, being an XM subscriber Sonos works for me. I wouldn’t mind though, seeing a homepod in action at someone’s home.
