Siegard! How do I reboot my router as you suggested? I thought that I had, already, downloaded the Google Assistant app as I know that I have used OK Google in the past, but I don't see G A in my app store so that, I guess, means that I haven't got it!

Have you rebooted your router to see if that helps? Also, the only way to use Google and SIRI is to have the Google app installed and set up to accept "OK Google" as a command to bring up the Google Assistant and then to use SIRI to say "hey SIRI, open Google". Then once the Google app is open you can say "OK Google" followed by your question. Ever since I updated to IOS11.3 I have had problems with Siri. I wake him up and ask my question. There is a complete silence and then, he will say: "I am having trouble making a wi-fi connection. Try again in a moment or two!" which I do; sometimes, it has the desired effect, sometimes not! Is there a setting which I should adjust? As an alternative to Siri, I used to be able to bring up "Google assist" and "OK Google" but, I cannot do that any longer. I assume that they are still available and is, simply, that I have forgotten how I did it! Jewel -------------------------------------------------- From: "M.
