Scott, you might be right. The only thing I can think of is if you use an att.net email address that may be all it needs to see you are a supposed Internet customer. The change in terms of service mentions Yahoo as well and as you may or may not know, AT&T's email services go through Yahoo. So, maybe that's why I got it. I really don't know, but I also checked the wireless site and nowhere in there does it mention any updated terms of service for cell phones.
