Hello, I did a short recording of a demonstration of the Seeing AI Product Channel. What I didn't say in the recording is that when you hear the first beep from your device, slowly turn the item you are attempting to identify until the beeps become faster and steady. Then, slowly move the item closer to the device and when you are between 4 and 6 inches from the device, you should get results.
