Hi Simon, Actually, if you open the Facebook app you only have the following tabs along the bottom: Newsfeed Friend Requests Market Place Notifications Facebook Menu
The Friend Requests tab here is not the same as the “Friends” button under Facebook Menu > Show Top Shortcuts, it only shows you new friend requests and suggestions not your existing list of friends. However, I just noticed that if you double tap on the Friend Requests tab and then double tap on the “Find Friends” button at the top right of the screen, you also can get to your friends list. By default if you do this the “suggestions” button is selected, but you also can select the following other buttons: Suggestions, selected Search Requests Contacts Friends Outgoing If you double tap on the “Friends” button you get to your list of friends. I sometimes get a post of a video and it reads as an example, Mary Smith and John Brown shared a video. Simply one finger double tap does not open the post. I figured out that I had to double tap and hold on the second tap in order to open the post so I could view the video. It sometimes takes a couple of tries to get it to open. Double tap and a keyboard pops up. To tag someone, you can do it in two different ways. One is to type the person’s name into that field. The easier way is to select the option that reads add more to your post and you will get more options such as tag a friend, feelings/emotions i.e. I am feeling happy or blessed or frustrated etc. If you choose tag a friend, a list of your friends pops up and you select a friend you want to tag by simply one finger double tap their name and then select the done button in the upper right had corner. Then one finger double tap the post button at the top. There is more things you can do but these are the basic and will get you started. I signed up for Facebook about nine years ago but recently began using it on my phone because the website got so complicated with things popping up and interfering with my screen reader on the computer that I just gave up with it. Now that I have it on my phone, I am on it every day. So much easier.
