Hello, I have the talking thermostat from Talkingthermostats.com. It's the VIP3000. This is a universal thermostat. It is not a Wi-Fi thermostat. It does have 5/2 programming. That means weekday and weekend programming. It speaks in an extremely clear male voice. The price was around $190 or so. HTh.
