We have the Honeywell Thermostat 9320 WF5003-u It too was about $200, but the Honeywell Total Comfort app is quite accessible and you would need the Mac address of the thermostat to setup yr account so you can access the thermostat from anywhere. The thermostat itself does not talk, and physically is only adjustable with sight, but the app makes it so I can set the AC or heat myself. HTH, Richard
