Tom,
I wonder if this is a broad problem with the iPhone 7. You're the 4th or 5th
person I know who has had some variant of this problem. In the other cases,
a visit to the local Apple store resulted in the receipt of a replacement
phone at no expense.

Subject: Re: Problems with iPhone 7
Hi Ana and all,
After several restarts, resetting all settings and generally fiddling about,
I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s time to put this iPhone 7 to rest and
upgrade to a new device. I’ve noticed several things that led me to this
conclusion. The device has overheated on occasion, which caused the battery
to swell slightly and, as a consequence, the left edge of the screen has
separated ever so slightly from the chassis in the area extending from the
mute switch down to at or just below the volume down switch. The screen has
a very slight upward curve. And here’s the clincher. 3d touch only seems to
work on the righthand side of the screen. Correct me if I’m wrong, but that
doesn’t strike me as normal. So, methinks I see an appointmant at my local
Apple or AT&T store this weekend.
Just thought I’d give you all an update. Comments?

Hi,
I’m currently having a couple of problems with my iPhone 7, and I’m not
sure if an issue with IOS 12 or if something else has caused them.
First, I have some artists in my Apple Music Library that I no longer
want and I can’t figure out how to delete them. I’m not seeing any kind
of Actions list anymore. So I thought I’d try 3d touch, but I can’t seem
to get 3d touch to work anywhere on the device either. What’s going on
here? Any thoughts?
Tom
