Have you looked at the slider control after the amount of time remaining in the chapter? This might give an over all picture of how far you are into a book. You can also look on the chapters tab page of the Info screen, by double tapping the Info button in the upper right corner of the book that you are currently listening to. Once there, double tap the Chapters button/tab at the bottom, third from the left. It will not say how much time is left in the book, but it will list all of the chapters and their lengths, and you can figure from there. I don't know of a time display that has the amount of time left in the whole book or part. That would be nice to have.
