Hi All, I recently updated my IPhone 5s to the latest version of IOS. I had a voice mail there when I did the update. Now, I cannot delete that voice mail. I tap it, swipe to delete & double tap but nothing happens. I have tried getting Ciri to delete it. She says you have no new voice mail but 1 saved voice mail. She will not delete it. How can I get rid of this voice mail?
