I can still create a new folder but not the way you suggest. I just tried it using Jaws 19. In the Mail app I went to Folders and pressed space bar. I moved through the beginning of the list where it has my joined folders. When I reached my first individual account it said Create new folder for Silly 4 account. Press space bar. So I did and typed in a name and pressed enter. Then I pressed enter on the OK that came up. I then went to check and see if the folder showed up on my iPhone and it did, at the bottom of the folder list for that account. HTH, Sherrie Gosling

That would let me write a folder name, hit done, and have a new place to move emails. It would also sync beautifully with Gmail, creating a label on the server that I could use in Gmail on the web, too (not that I do that much anymore). Now, I just get a message that says something like, "Could not create new mailbox." Has anyone else had this problem?
