SHERRIE, were you using the Window 10 Mail app or something? I had to go onto gmail.com, change my layout to Desktop, since I can never seem to get anything done with the Mobile layout, and created the label that way. It showed up perfectly fine on my iPhone's Mail app. This is so strange. It's another thing I'll have to call Apple about. Before I do, though, I'll make a backup and update to the latest iOS version, just in case that's the issue--though I highly doubt that will fix things. You never know, I guess.
