Maybe what was moving in the trunk was the previous passenger *smile* -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Debby Sent: Wednesday, January 30, 2019 5:48 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: Lyft
I have had really good luck with Lyft, but I don't have a dog. The only time there was a big problems--the car smelled like diesel fuel, there was something moving in the trunk even when the car was still, and the driver dropped me off at the wrong door of the building I was going to--I rated the driver as a 3 out of 5 and I got a call back in 15 minutes. They have set it up so that I won't get that driver again. Otherwise, I don't know what happened. I know we get tired of having to confront companies with problems, but with my experience with Lyft I think it is worth letting them know. To tie this back to the iPhone, I know they keep trying to fix things in the app for voiceover users. The website on a pc also seems accessible.
