Yes, and even I as a VoiceOver user like speak screen, because it has its on speed and voices control... Although sometimes the language detection is a bit too loose... Lol. But besides that, I love using it for long web pages and books. It even sort of pauses when it detects formatted text, like bold or italics, at least on web pages.
