I think they'll be able to fix it at Verizon - theye live to work these phones, are lightning fast at doing something faster than I can think about it.

I took a quick look on the web and found out about restarting my computer with my phone still connected to the computer and that didn't do anything at all. Hopefully tomorrow, my dad can take me to the verizon store again and maybe my phone can be fixed.
