It’s just a name, they could have called it Anker Powerline XT or whatever, don’t worry about it. The Anker cables are very good, very inexpensive compared to Apple cables and much more durable. You know that your iPhone 8 also supports wireless charging, right? You can buy any number of wireless charging pads or stands and this way you can put your phone down to charge yet have the Lightning port free in case you want to plug in a headset.
