It looks like you'll be keeping your phone, at least for a little
while longer. Yay.

I started off with an iPodTouch, so didn't have the phone part to deal
with re learning curve. But this is definitely the place to be to get
help.

Whatever you do as you learn to use your new phone, lock the screen so
you can get a better feel of where things are, and if you know Braille
and get the hang of the Braille Onscreen keyboard, have it selected
and at the top of the rotor. I recently had to help my Dad with his
new iPhone and didn't have time to lock the screen so everything was
in portrait or set up Braile Onscreen. It's a pain in the butt to have
to touch type and try to figure out where the blasted fields and
buttons are.
