Hi Marie, To power off the Apple watch you press the side button, that is the flat button below the digital crown. Hold it for about 2 or 3 seconds and you feel the watch vibrate, Voiceover usually says “Cancel” on my series 2 watch since that is what has focus. If you swipe right once you should be on Power Off. Visually there are 4 buttons on the screen: Cancel, Power Off, medical Id and Emergency S O S. They seem to be arranged vertically with Cancel on the top, Power off a bit below that, then medical Id and near the bottom edge is the Emergency SOS which will call 9 1 1.
