Wayne, I wish I had better news, but I too tried using the BT keyboard to enter 
numbers in a nautomated system like you were describing and it did not work for 
me.  I sure wish it could work, as this is one of the biggest disadvantages of 
using a touch screen phone.  The automated systems tend to expect fairly rapid 
entry, which is difficult on the touch screen, especially when entering a long 
string of numbers like a credit card number.
