Hi susie, As far as I know, swiping up with three fingers has never launched the App Switcher, the list of all your running apps. Are you thinking of It will open Control Center if you touch the status bar first. Control Center is where you can adjust settings like Wi-Fi and Airplane Mode, control media, and turn on things like Do Not Disturb and Lock Rotation.
