Are we talking about the Vertical Navigation button on the Rotor? If so, I mostly use it on the Home Screen to move focus up and down the columns so I don’t have to do as many swipes to the right and left. I also arrange my apps and folders on the main screen so that I have quick and easy access to the ones I use the most, namely the most critical ones are listed along the left and right margins.
