I wish Apple would let us get rid of this pointless feature. This ability has been there from the beginning. Its the three finger drag up or down. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. I have sent an email to Apple accessibility with my annoyance with this “feature”. It doesn’t need to be in the way of VoiceOver.
