I can also confirm this, hopefully everybody is reporting this to WhatsApp as a bug.

I have never known of any Bluetooth keyboard issues. Did I miss something? The only issues I know of where keyboards are concerned is the third party software keyboards like FlickType and MBraille. Physical external keyboards have worked fine for me through the beta cycle and now with iOS 13.1.1. I have a logictech and I know someone with an Anchor that hasn’t really had any issues.
