Open USPS informed delivery email double tap on scan of your mail piece, on the 
next screen double tap share, then select Seeing AI which I am assuming is 
using the photo describing channel that's when the processing tones just loop 
endlessly. It used to be you could do this without even needing to launch 
Seeing AI or select a channel manually at all. Now it's just broken.

The situation didn’t improve when I got home, so, it wasn’t the network’s 
fault. I have written Microsoft. My iPod six GEN and iPhone 5s won’t go beyond 
iOS 12.4.2. Removing and reinstalling the app didn’t help. Microsoft hasn’t 
answered. Thankfully the short text feature still works. I haven’t tried 
documents yet. When trying to recognize one of my photos, it says something 
like error, analysis failed, and when trying to share is scan from USPS.com, 
the series of tones just continue, with the message repeating “processing“.

 The post office for a while has had a feature called USPS informed delivery, 
which every day sense and email with scans of the envelopes for your incoming 
mail so that you have some idea of what you will receive that day. It was so 
great being able to hit the share button, and two recognize with Seeing AI, 
since you didn’t have to go through separate processes of copying to KNFB 
reader, and then in KNFB Reader telling it to recognize document, and then 
deleting that document once finished. With Seeing AI after saying processing, 
it would give a description, you would close out of it, and be sent back to 
email for processing the next scan.
