One fix for now that I have found is to change the rodar to words, and
then swipe down to read through the message. This way I gain some
seconds from not listening to the number of the person that sent the
text, or in the case of the google verification code messages, not
listening to those long phone numbers. Not perfect, but it has worked
pretty well so far. Besides, if I really want to spend time on the
message, I can unlock the phone an look in the notification center as
David mentioned.
