Close all apps in the app switcher, then go to Settings > General > Reset and select to Reset Network Settings. After the phone reboots you have to rejoin your WiFi including entering your password and if your phone was called something like Donald's iPhone you have to go to Settings > General > About and rename it. After a Reset Network Settings the name is simply reset to "iPhone". Often doing this can have a very positive effect.
