I think between our free library services and Audible one has a pretty good choice of books. If you can afford $14.95 a month for an Audible Canada membership you then have also access to their daily deal books which are anywhere between $3 to $7 or so Canadian and while not all are books which will interest you, I usually find at least 1 or 2 and sometimes 3 each month which are good books and which I can pick up for a few bucks and I can then use my monthly credit for other books I want. The nice thing is that in the US the Audible Gold membership is $14.95 US and before Audible Canada started this of course translated into $21 or $22 depending on the exchange rate. Audible has kept the Canadian membership price at the same $14.95 except it's now charged in Canadian Dollars. From time to time they also have special sales where a selection of a couple of hundred books are all offered for $5.95 or $6.95 or as just now for the Canadian Thanks-Giving weekend, you can buy two books with 1 credit.
