Thanks Richard and Anna for your help. My keyboard appears to be back on track. I learn lots of stuff from this list, and appreciate all the dedicated responders. I still think, however, that iOS 13 has taken us backward instead of forward, and our Braille devices don't work nearly as well as they did in earlier iPhone versions.
