I have that send to HDMI turned off which I believe is the default, but the two Bluetooth speakers I have both receive all audio, Voiceover and system sounds.

I personally prefer VO to stay with my phone and for only the music to come out of the speakers, like when I use airPlay. That is my personal preference. I don’t like VO interupting my music. That is just a personal preference. I can understand that others prefer VO to go through the connected speaker. ☺️ So here’s an idea I heard about. I heard there is a setting under accessibility, voice over, audio, send to HDMI. I heard if you want VO to stay with the phone to make sure that is set to off. However in your case, maybe try setting it to on. I don’t know. Also, you should unpair the speaker, change the setting, then re-pair the speaker to your phone. I don’t know if this will help at all , but maybe it’s worth a try. Also, I have a friend who recently used a Bose Revolve and she was quite pleased to have VO stay with her phone because she didn’t have to interrupt the music to do things on her phone. Everyone in the room could enjoy the music and she retained the ability to do what she needed to on her iPhone.
