Yes, I’ve heard that this so called “feature” or bug is only for a few select 
speakers. I honestly wish I could find more definitive information about this 
instead of hearsay  because I’d like to purchase  and use a bluetooth speaker 
that’s portable and doesn’t require a WIFI connection in order to keep VO with 
my phone and only my music, book, or TV show going to the speaker. My current 
setup isn’t exactly portable and WIFI is required if I want VO to stay with my 
device. The problem though is that it could be a bug instead of a feature and 
there is no way to know for sure just yet. It seems that some people like this 
and some people don’t. So, it’s hard to say. ☺️
