Thanks but I can only get the time of the session and nothing else on the screen. I tried swiping, pressing the digital crown to exit, pressed the crown and the side button simultaneously and turning the crown and absolutely nothing works? Marie

However, I do use the workout app. I think you have to be on page one in the app to find the “end” button. When you are in the workout session swipe right to the end of the page where it will say page 2 of three or page three of three. Now swipe up or down until it says page one of three. I think the end button is between new and pause near the top.
