Hi Holly, Go to Accessibility Then do a four finger touch at the bottom of the screen to go to the last item on the menu which is accessibility short cut. Double tap on that and go to something about hearing aids. I don't have my aids paired right now so I don't remember exactly what it was called. But when you go down that list you will be able to tell because it will be selected. I have VO selected in my list which I want for the triple click home button. So just unselect whatever is selected regarding your hearing aids. Mr. Ed
