Hi Kevin, Even though your subject and message were quite clear, I think I misunderstood your previous message and thought you wanted iTunes to open when you plugged in your phone and not when you booted up your Windows 7 computer.
What I described takes care of the first, the latter I assume you can accomplish simply by adding an iTunes shortcut into the "Startup" group under "Start Menu" and "All Programs". This has been the easiest way to start a program upon Windows startup at least since Windows XP, maybe even since 98, can't remember because that's been a long time ago. Just find the iTunes shortcut on your desktop or in All Programs, right click on it, select "Copy", then go to the "Startup" folder, right arrow to open it and then right click on it and select paste. This will add the iTunes shortcut to the Startup menu and next time you start Windows iTunes should load after you sign into Windows.
