I tried to use the Uber app to dispute a charge with no luck. I'm hoping someone can help. I had a $50 gift card so my charges were going there. My first question is is there any way to see the charges against the card? I can find my ride history & it only shows one ride today. Yet I received 2 separate receipts via email for this one ride. My credit card is showing a partial charge so that means the gift card has maxed out. Per my calculations this should not be so. I found the dispute charge section by going to the help menu. I filled in my name, date for ride #1 then date for ride #2. I left ride #3 blank. I filled in the comment. After doing all this the submit button remained dimmed so I could not submit. I looked all over the page to find what I could have missed but found nothing. Any ideas? This is why being able to call & talk to a person would be helpful.
