Hi Mary, Thanks to your last message, I will have to investigate whether this iPhone 6 is just too old to work with them. Also, I found the following link as to how to reset your home pods. It would be worth a try, that is just too much money to have invested in something that doesn't work right. If this really long link doesn't work, google "how to reset homepod" and it will find it.
