Try going to settings and seri and there turning seri off and then back on again. Also, make sure you have cell or wifi service because seri will not work if you don't have one of these connections. Third, have you tried turning off the phone waiting 5 or ten minutes and then turning the phone back on again? Sometimes that can fix weird issues that may pop Up on the phone.
