Hello Donald, First of all check for any update available for your iOS version. Then try to check if you are getting proper network coverage and you are connected to Wi-Fi. Also your can forget and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network or simply reset your network settings. Then simply Turn Off and On siri from Settings. And finally restart your phone.
