I totally agree. Prior to becoming an iPhone user I would have to purchase an external software to download to my phone so that I could then only have access to some of the phone's features. That software was almost $300. This was $300 after first having purchased the phone. Now my iPhone comes equipped right from the box with what I need to operate it independent of any external software or add-ons. This has changed my life and has allowed me to do so much independently and now I don't have to ask for assistance from someone else to get things done. Yes, there will be glitches but I can live through them.
