Deidre my phone is going back to the shop to be checked out for some kind of 
malfunctioning screen. The phones been completely unusable for weeks now. They 
can see the cursor bouncing all over the place. See what happens. I wonder if 
testing with voiceover on and voiceover off are two different animals. Whether 
they’ll see I’ll be able to determine what the real issue is even if they’re 
not familiar with how to use voiceover. Is  there an obvious answer to this 
question.
