I usually order from Instacard on my iphone and the thing I learned after my first order is to make sure you double=tap in all the places where a button is indicated. You are better off choosing your delivery time when you get to checkout. Sometimes the Instacard app will tell you one time but the one at checkout is easier to work with. I hope things get better.
