The strange thing is that I had been placing orders and then for about a month 
now I can’t get them to go through. I wind up placing them over the phone and 
they take longer as I have to get to a 3rd person to do so.T hey advised me to 
log out and log back in and be quite sure I’m not in airplane mode. They also 
said I shouldd close all other apps. I’m not sure why this would make a 
difference as the apps are in sleep mode. Anyway I’lll try Lisa’s suggestions 
next time I place an order.
