Obviously organizing icons on a home page is a highly subjective thing. For my part, I organize my icons so I can get to the most frequently used apps without having to jump to different pages or folders and use the fewest gestures. While I'm at it, I also try to group my icons according to what they do or how I use them so I can still efficiently get to those apps I may not use as frequently. For my part, I'm looking forward to IOS 14 when we get the equivalent of Android's app drawer. Once we get this feature, I can just keep my most frequently used apps on my home pages, keeping it nice and clean and efficient, and can just jump to the app drawer to get to those less frequently used apps.
