Welcome to the joys of a new phone.
I had to reset all settings, which ends up that you have to re-login to pretty
much everything, but that fixed it for me.
You may want to ask Apple Accessibility to do a screen share and run the
diagnostics in case you happen to have a bad WiFi antenna in your phone, but
that is unlikely.

Richard
"He that cannot forgive others breaks the bridge over which he must pass
himself,” and we forget that only grace can break the cycle of ancient hatreds
among peoples. (It is notable that while I have regretted not granting grace to
others, I’ve never once regretted extending it.)" - Edward Herbert

Yep, as in the subject, my new phone is losing its contact with the internet
frequently. If I reboot the phone it comes back but this is getting
irritating. Is there anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix for it?

I know it is a phone issue because nothing else in our house is having this
problem even when the phone is.

Thanks.
