For the Calendar, try a command like: Hey Siri create an appointment titled Dr. Pain at 3 PM on September 8th. Or, Hey Siri, create an 2 hour appointment titled Spa treatment on August 20th at 2 PM. Or, Hey Siri, remind me at 5 PM to start dinner.
