Hi, When I was using a Fitbit that no longer is made, I was able to use the app most of the time. But as far as I know from talking with friends, even though the app is accessible, the watch or whatever device the person is wearing is not accessible. The Apple Watch, is fully accessible, not sure about other watches. Peggy Kane
