Hi, Everyone, i have the Charge 4 Fitbit and really like it. However, I was able to pair the device with my phone, but when I wanted to finish the setup, it wanted me to put in a 4-digit code that was on the device itself. I had to resort to sighted assistance for that. Also, when a new update comes out, be it the device or your phone, you need to have your Fitbit close to the phone in order for it to receive the new update. I didn't realize this at first because on the Charge 3 that I had before, I didn't need to do this phase. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from getting one of these, but now, whenever there's an update, even for my phone, I make sure I have the Fitbit plugged in near the phone. Hope this helps.
