I’ve tried going to the link that says, sign in with your amazon ID, and the 
fields don’t populate when I enter my info.

This is just a possibility, but since Audible was acquired by Amazon, you can 
sign in with either your old user ID or with the Amazon sign-in. Check to see 
which one you’re being asked for on the dialog that comes up. I had this issue 
when they first switched to the new way of downloading books. The irritating 
thing is, they ask you to authorize your system every time you download a book 
and that is ridiculous.

I realize this is off topic, but I’m hoping someone can help.

 

For some reason, when I download a book from audible with my pc, I can’t 
activate my computer, none of the forms read with Jaws, I know I’m entering the 
correct information, but I keep getting a message to either enter my username 
of password?

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
